Cutwater is seeking a hands-on and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead planning, procurement coordination, materials management, inventory control, and logistics across our dynamic beverage operations. Based in San Diego, this role ensures alignment between production, warehouse activities, and outbound distribution, driving efficiency, cost savings, and product availability. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with experience in fast-paced manufacturing and a passion for optimizing supply chain systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage production schedules aligned with demand and resource capacity.

  • Lead materials planning, including procurement coordination, PO tracking, and inventory readiness.

  • Ensure inventory accuracy across warehouse locations; reduce variances and optimize product flow.

  • Oversee outbound shipments and inbound deliveries, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.

  • Coordinate with vendors and co-packers for special projects and rework.

  • Support team development and lead cross-functional contributors in planning and logistics.

  • Drive SOP improvements, system upgrades, and participate in capital project integration.

  • Contribute to the advancement of supply chain systems through the Voyager Plant Optimization (VPO) framework.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field—or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics (beverage, alcohol, or CPG preferred)

  • Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems (O-Spirits/O-Beer preferred) and Microsoft Office
