Job Description
Objective:
Purpose of the job (specify overall purpose of the role (why it exists) and its primary output):
Financial Business Partner responsible for analysing financial statements related to manufacturing. Responsible to
coordinate a multifunctional team (planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehouse) to take action on
improvement opportunities. Follow up on all action plans and monitor any possible financial impacts.
Month end closing & costing processes SAP; MATERIAL LEDGER; CLEANING CC TO COPA.
Leading inventory counting. Attending internal & external audits.
Active participation in AOP, forecast process & KPIs measurement.
Key Activities/ Deliverables:
Closing, Reporting and Support to Ops team: Measure operational KPIs, collaborate to create the Monthly
Performance Review (MPR) presentation, elaborate and present to operational team the performance in weekly
forums, guidance and action plans creation to achieve the objectives. Ensure the accomplishment of all closing
processes: provisions, charges, reclassifications to reflect the correct number to VIC & Fixed Manufacturing.
Operation & Control: Create new routines and procedures to ensure the correct business at minimum risks,
inventory control, supply chain losses and YIELD performance (administración órdenes de producción).
Forecast & budgeting: Control of actual expenses of VIC & Fixed Manufacturing, building the AOP and the monthly
forecast of this P&L lines. Building the STRAT PLAN.
Competencies (experiences/ Education):
University Graduate - Finance, Industrial Engineering, Administration
5 Years: Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance (Supply chain finance experience required)

ERP: SAP Material Ledger Process Material Cost Setting Fluent English Strong Leadership Results oriented Communication Skills Strong Analytical Skills Work under pressure Trustworthy Proactive Strong teamwork skills Emotional intelligence / Resilience
