As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will be working with part our global network of factories to organize the manufacturing and delivery of orders placed on Lumi.com that are manufactured in China. You will be responsible for communications with manufacturers and logistics teams with an eye on profit efficiency, margins, and quality. 

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with some of the world's leading E-commerce brands and help develop our Supply Chain processes and helping grow our Factory Partner network based in China. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being the primary point of contact with our Chinese factory partners
• Communicating status updates on orders 
• Managing invoices and purchase orders
• Organizing export shipments
• Developing standard operating procedures
• Locate and qualify new factory partners based in China
• Occasional travel to China to visit our factory partners 

• Fluent in Chinese & English 
• Detail-oriented organizational skills
• Strong Excel and data management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiating skills
• Comfort with multi-tasking and in a fast paced environment
• Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Experience in purchasing / manufacturing operations 
• Experience in the printing or packaging industry is a plus
