ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team in an onsite position in Cypress, California. The ideal Supply Chain Analyst is detail-oriented and analytical. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting data, analyzing supply chain performance, and recommending improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with procurement, logistics, operations, inventory control, and finance teams to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays at 8:00 – 5:00pm. This role reports to the Senior Supply Chain Manager.
Role & Responsibilities:
- With the support from the Senior Supply Chain Manager, develop production, inventory management, and supply plans to support the company financial and sales objectives
- Analyze data in areas of purchasing, inventory, & operations and communicate with all stakeholders to improve efficiency.
- Develop and execute ERP & MRP to enhance supply chain operations
- Own the Vendor Consignment Inventory Management process
- Collaborate with the Purchasing, Planning, Inventory Control, Finance Operations, & IT Department to enhance our business processes for on time delivery to our customers
- Work with all internal departments to improve Business Central Dynamics 365 functionality
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the master production schedule
- Analyze Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) to ensure that data is accurate and up to date
- Thoroughly review and understand existing BOM structures to assemble products
- Establish and assist in maintaining monthly KPI
- Provide exception reports with action items and requested information as needed
- Leads the data management and analysis of current Excel reports for assembly builds
- Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data across procurement, inventory, production, and logistics
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, supplier performance, and order fulfillment rates
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost savings across the supply chain
- Support demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain improvements and process enhancements
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of vendors and logistics partners
- Model and simulate supply chain scenarios to predict the impact of potential changes or disruptions
- Ensure data integrity and maintain databases and supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS)
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership on supply chain performance and improvement initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
- 3-5 years professional experience in manufacturing planning, inventory control or materials planning role
- Knowledge and experience with Sales & Operations Planning
- Strong understanding of MRP and supply chain software
- Advanced computer skills, Excel experience mandatory
- Outstanding planning and organizational skills with ability to change plans on short notice
- Extremely strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or just-in-time (JIT) principles
