The Supplier and Procurement Program Analyst will manage supplier contracts, negotiate terms, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure compliance with procurement policies while collaborating with various internal teams.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supplier Program Analyst to support our sourcing strategy. This role is pivotal in developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. It provides an excellent opportunity to leverage procurement expertise, with a focus on SaaS technologies while collaborating with key stakeholders to drive business success.
You will work closely with internal teams-including, operations, quality, and engineering-to help ensure supplier agreements meet delivery, quality, and compliance expectations. This role is critical in maintaining supplier accountability and supporting the overall health of our supply base through strong organization, communication, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of supplier contracts and statements of work (SOWs), including drafting, negotiation, execution, and performance monitoring
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers, managing day-to-day communication and long-term relationship development
- Conducts oversight and management of strategies, performance, and development of large-scale products and services
- Assist with supplier performance oversight across delivery, quality, cost, and service, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and business expectations
- Develop and execute supplier strategies that support enterprise sourcing goals, mitigate risk, and drive continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams in, engineering, quality, legal, INFOSEC, IT, and operations to support integrated supplier and product management
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements across all supplier engagements
- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms including pricing, SLAs, warranties, renewals, delivery schedules, and security provisions
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related functions
- Familiarity with purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; basic experience with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa); experience with CLMs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with SAAS product procurement
- Service-minded
- Exposure to supplier performance metrics or procurement reporting tools
- Familiarity with procurement processes in regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, healthcare, manufacturing)
- Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Certification or coursework in supply chain or procurement (e.g., APICS, CPSM, or SCM-related training)
- Pilot or aviation enthusiast
