SALARY: $70,500 - $79,800, bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities in a fast-paced beverage distribution environment. This role is responsible for driving execution on the floor while using data and performance metrics to improve productivity, quality, and service.

You will supervise a team of 15–20 warehouse employees, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate operations across picking, staging, and loading. In parallel, you will analyze operational data, identify performance gaps, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance overall warehouse performance.

This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a high-volume environment and is equally comfortable managing people on the floor and leveraging data to drive results.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead daily warehouse operations including order picking, palletizing, staging, and route loading

  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 15–20 associates to achieve productivity, accuracy, and safety targets

  • Ensure timely and accurate outbound shipments to support on-time delivery performance

  • Enforce and promote safe working practices. 

  • Analyze key operational metrics (e.g., productivity, accuracy, service levels) to identify trends, gaps, and root causes

  • Develop and drive data-informed action plans to improve performance and sustain results

  • Maintain performance visibility through trackers, dashboards, and reporting, while leading continuous improvement initiatives

  • Coordinate with maintenance and cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and disruptions

  • Contribute to process optimization and best practice implementation across the warehouse

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 

  • 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or operations environment

  • Prior experience leading teams or demonstrated leadership capability in high-volume operations

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and driving action

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus

  • Ability to balance hands-on operational execution with data-driven decision making

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills
