Required Qualifications
- Experience: Customer service/Sales: 5 years, Voice, Video, and Internet: 4 years
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, related field, or equivalent experience
- Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Ability to effectively present data in a comprehensive manner
- Skills: Communication, collaboration, prioritization, organization, supervision, and multitasking
- Knowledge of: All four lines of business (Cable, internet, Voice, Mobile), service troubleshooting, office procedures, and company policies
