HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…

This role plays a critical part in strengthening our U.S. enterprise-wide deduction and dispute resolution process. You will research and resolve non‑trade deduction issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective action through strong cross‑functional collaboration. By elevating operational standards, improving processes, and ensuring alignment across business units, you will directly influence cost avoidance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU WILL DO…

Root Cause Analysis & Issue Resolution (70%)

  • Conduct detailed root cause analyses and identify trends driving non‑trade deductions.

  • Lead solution development by proposing alternative strategies and tactics.

  • Identify key opportunities for cost avoidance and process improvements across the business.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement (20%)

  • Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve deduction validation and processing issues, address process gaps, and elevate service levels.

  • Provide periodic reviews of open deduction balances to key stakeholders.

  • Recommend solutions and collaborate with U.S. Sales and customers to drive resolution and long‑term improvement.

Process, Policy & Change Management (10%)

  • Develop and implement project plans, policies, procedures, and change management initiatives.

  • Identify and drive standardization of processes across business units when appropriate.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH…

  • Internal partners across North American Logistics, Supply Chain, U.S. Sales, and Finance teams.

  • Campbell’s U.S. customer base on deduction-related issues.

  • Third‑party provider (Accenture) deduction analysts—providing guidance, ensuring proper escalation, and validating adherence to process and policy.

  • Manager, Shared Services Deductions & Analytics (direct reporting line).

  • Peers across the broader organization to align on and execute process improvements.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in deductions, supply chain, finance, analytics, or related fields.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable solutions.

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for cross‑functional alignment and customer engagement.

  • Ability to evaluate and streamline processes to reduce inefficiencies and cost.

  • Strong business judgment during periods of high demand.

  • Commitment to following issues through to resolution with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to develop and implement project plans, policies, and change management processes.

  • Capability to work effectively with diverse teams, vendors, and global resources.

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (not required).

  • Experience with SAP, AFS TradePro, MicroStrategy/Envision, or High Radius.

  • Experience with vendor or third‑party service provider management.

  • Understanding of financial controls and knowledge of Sales and Supply Chain programs and policies.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Remote role with minimal travel (5–10%).

  • Some holiday and weekend coverage required, particularly during fiscal quarter closes (October, January, April, July).

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$61,400-$88,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
