Job Responsibilities:
Dirigir y administrar al personal técnico de matricería para que mantengan los herramentales en óptimas condiciones y puedan producir las partes a un nivel de calidad competitivo y al menor costo y con esto garantizar e incrementar la productividad del proceso de estampado.
Ser capaz de administrar el mantenimiento a los troqueles para garantizar su buen funcionamiento.
EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y/O FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA
ESCOLARIDAD/EDUCACIÓN: Carrera Técnica o Ingeniería
FORMACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA: De 2 a 3 años en la Industria Automotriz en puesto similar
CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS:

• SPC Básico
• Troqueles
• Clase A
• Conocimiento en máquinas y herramientas.
• Interpretación de diseños de troqueles.
• Ajustes de troqueles de corte y progresivos.
• Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a troqueles
• Procesos de soldadura tic, mig, eléctrica
• Operación de prensas
• Manejo de herramientas neumáticas
