The Role: Supervisor-Client Operations 

As a Supervisor at Revecore, ​your primarily responsible for the leadership and management of the daily workflow of the General Underpayment department for the assigned clients  


Training:

Our comprehensive training begins on your first day and lasts 90 business days. It is led by instructors and incorporates interactive discussions and hands-on activities to accommodate diverse learning preferences.



As a Supervisor, you will:

  • Interview, hire, train, audit and review team members 
  • Timecard management for all direct reports 
  • Lead, supervise, motivate and monitor team members to ensure compliance with Revecore policies, procedures and standards 
  • Advise Director of any workflow, personnel, client or carrier issues or improvement opportunities 
  • Support and assist team members with difficult issues concerning work, co-workers, clients and/or carriers; offer suggestions to assist in process of underpayment reviews and collections 
  • Ensure team successfully achieves Revecore quality, productivity and collection goals 
  • Participate in workflow examination or special projects as directed by management 
  • Track various departmental information to develop and maintain benchmarks, create goals, manage trends, identify areas of opportunity and weakness, identify issues and training opportunities 
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, carriers and Revecore personnel 
  • Maintain regular contact with necessary parties regarding claims status including carriers, clients, managers and other Revecore personnel 
  • Attend implementation, department and company meetings 
  • Investigate various issues with carriers and their contracts; respond to questions and resolve problems 
  • Comply with federal and state laws, company policies and procedures 
  • Monitor inventory reports to ensure compliance with outstanding inventory thresholds and aging 
  • Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with Revecore Policies and Procedures 
  • Handle or supervise month end process to include peer verifications and compiling reports for submission to finance in a timely and accurate manner 
  • Other duties as deemed necessary

Work at Home Requirements:

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home. 
  • A secure internet connection is required.

  • The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
