Job Title: Supervisor: CIED Team Operations
Compensation Range: $39-$42
Location: United States, Remote 

Job Type: Full-Time

Cardiac RMS by DocGo is an innovator in digital health and remote care services with a focus on providing the most accurate, economical, and clinically relevant remote monitoring and patient management programs in the industry. Cardiac RMS is an award-winning, Medicare-approved Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF), which provides Cardiac Implanted Electronic Device (CIED) monitoring for partner clinics. In addition, Cardiac RMS by DocGo is a provider of Virtual Care Management Services using a proven platform that connects patients, providers, and the broader healthcare team. Cardiac RMS by DocGo utilizes industry-leading, cloud-based software systems for the provision of services. The management and clinical team members have years of experience in the industry and maintain the highest levels of certifications and expertise.  

 

Duties and Responsibilities 

As a supervisor, you will report directly to an Associate Manager of CIED Operations. During your employment, you will devote your best efforts to the business of Cardiac RMS and DocGo. These duties and responsibilities include, without limitation, the following: 

 

  • Hybrid role-40% clinical PCS responsibilities/60% supervisory responsibilities  

  • Works as part of a supervisory team within CIED operations to ensure continuity, consistency, and strong lines of communication. 

  • Acts as role model for the CIED team, consistently demonstrating professionalism, positivity, and productivity  

  • Demonstrates excellence when performing PCS functions; provides quality and accurate transmission review and reporting in a timely manner. 

  • Provides support and guidance for the team; responds to calls/emails from staff regarding documentation standards, clinical questions, etc. 

  • Works with Associate Manager to ensure smooth daily function of the team: 

  • Creates/assists with weekly schedule of team assignments 

  • Receives callouts (along with AM’s) and updates schedule accordingly 

  • Monitors clinic transmission volumes through the day and pivots team members as necessary to cover the workload 

  • Ensures that the team’s alert notification and communication platforms are monitored according to clinic hours/time zone; responds to messages and delegates/escalates responses as necessary 

 

  • When clinical incidents occur: 

  • Ensures that the Incident Tracker is updated 

  • Performs a root cause analysis and completes the incident review form 

  • Reviews incident and findings with the Associate Manager; discuss any necessary follow up, changes in process or remediation needed 

  • Update PCS-PES Matrix with clinic and team member changes  

  • Ensures the Associate Manager is informed on all areas of team activity  

  • Other duties as assigned 

 

 

Qualifications: 

  • IBHRE Certification preferred 

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical remote monitoring role  

  • 3 months PCS experience at Cardiac RMS 

  • Must possess leadership and supervisory skills and the willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel 

  • Problem solving skills, attention to detail, & organization skills 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills 

  • Managing workflows and delegating tasks 

  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and helpful under stress
