Job Summary:

AEG's Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. The intern will join a team with deep expertise in sustainability in live events and entertainment and gain exposure to how a global enterprise manages sustainability data across a broad portfolio and the related key environmental impacts. The intern will complete multiple projects that will help advance important initiatives and strategies of AEG Sustainability, our company’s global corporate sustainability department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data inventory management, data extraction and transfer to reporting platforms.
  • Support data capture and tracking for music portfolio, including festivals, tours, and venues
  • Assess waste collection practices at LA Live venues and support the identification of recoverable materials generated by events.
  • Support additional projects as needed, involving certifications, operations, and sponsorships

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized, resourceful, and dependable, excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interest in sustainability, with degree or coursework focused on the subject
  • Demonstrate time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Desire to learn more about the sports and entertainment industry
  • The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week during the summer.

Location:

  • Los Angeles, California (On-site)

 Pay Scale: $19.00 - $21.00
