About You  

goop seeks an organized, analytical, and proactive addition to the Growth Marketing team as Intern, Growth & Amazon. This individual is detail-oriented with a strong interest in eCommerce and digital marketing, and is excited to learn how data, creative, and strategy work together to drive performance. They are curious, resourceful, and interested in improving how teams work and operate. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated to contribute to both executional and project-based work. 

About The Role 

The Intern, Growth & Amazon will support the day-to-day execution of eCommerce growth initiatives, while also contributing to Amazon as a key sales channel. This role will work cross-functionally to support performance reporting, creative briefing, and campaign execution across site, paid media, and Amazon. The Growth team is responsible for driving revenue and customer acquisition across digital channels, including goop.com and Amazon, directly supporting overall company growth. This role reports jointly to the Director of Growth and Senior Manager, Amazon. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Support Amazon product page maintenance while contributing to a comprehensive SEO and listing optimization audit across the catalog to identify opportunities to improve visibility and conversion. 
  • Pull and analyze performance metrics across Amazon and eCommerce channels to inform reporting and support insights for the listing optimization and new-to-brand growth analysis projects. 
  • Support development of creative briefs for growth channels (Meta, Google, affiliate), integrating SEO and performance insights to inform messaging and testing strategies. 
  • Document workflows and identify opportunities to improve team processes, contributing to a broader project focused on increasing efficiency and scalability across growth and Amazon operations. 
  • Contribute to the development of creative briefs while supporting the execution of new product launches and ongoing creative refresh initiatives. 
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis across paid media channels to uncover insights, inform strategy, and identify areas of opportunity. 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergrad (entering Junior or Senior year) in a related area of study and able to receive course credit with proper documentation.
  • Interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, and/or Amazon marketplace dynamics.  
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.  
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets and drawing basic insights.  
  • Strong communication skills, especially in organizing information for reporting and creative briefs.  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Proactive, resourceful, and intellectually curious with a willingness to learn.
