About The Role
This role supports the Beauty & Wellness team across day-to-day operations and key product initiatives. You will assist with product data, regulatory documentation, and competitive research while gaining exposure to the full product lifecycle. The position offers hands-on involvement in cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and summarize product packaging specifications database
- Request and review regulatory documentation for cosmetic Ingredients and products
- Complete competitive analysis of cosmetic products
- Organize retained production samples and quality documentation
- Research, organize and compile requisite data for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) policy compliance
Qualifications & Experience
- Currently enrolled in a university program in their junior or senior year
- Candidates within one-year post-graduation
- Strong attention to detail, quick learner and proactive
- Structured thinking with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Compensation: $18.47 an hour. This temporary Assistant role will be full-time (40 hours/week) and run from June 1st – July 31st, 2026.
