The Training and Development team is focused on enhancing employee performance, engagement, and growth through strategic learning programs, onboarding experiences, and continuous improvement initiatives. We work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with business goals and compliance standards.
In partnership with In-Line Quality Assurance, the intern will gain exposure to both learning development and operational excellence. Potential projects may include:
• Assisting in the design and delivery of training materials for quality assurance procedures.
• Supporting the documentation and analysis of training effectiveness and audit readiness.
• Collaborating on process improvement initiatives that align training with ILQA metrics.
• Helping coordinate training sessions, track completions, and maintain learning records.
In this paid internship, you’ll be empowered to work on challenging and complex issues in a collaborative environment with other talented interns. Over the 10-week program, you’ll participate in business projects, mentoring, leadership development training and team-building activities designed to set you up for professional success. The summer Internship program runs June through August, with flexible dates available, based on school schedules. Interns who perform well and demonstrate a commitment to our values of integrity, creativity, teamwork, passion and excellence may be extended employment opportunities with Amerihome.

What you'll need:

  • Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a related field of study.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
  • An interest in working in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
  • To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $21.50 - $21.50 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
