As Success Accelerator Program Manager, you'll enhance customer adoption and satisfaction by driving improvements using data insights and strategic partnerships, guiding teams across various functions.
At Atlassian, we work with over 300,000 customers worldwide, and these customers typically have complex, large-scale operations and high expectations for their technology investments. Our goal is to unleash the potential of every team through the power of incredible software solutions, delivering exceptional customer impact and ensuring ongoing revenue growth. What makes us unique is our belief in our value of 'play, as a team'. We support each other, celebrate our wins together, and share knowledge.
As Success Accelerator Program Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to the various Success Teams and XFN Teams, including Product and Data Science and customer-facing teams. You will ensure that data-driven insights directly inform business decisions and enhance key stakeholder outcomes. You will own the framework that underpins our most critical programs, driving measurable improvements in customer adoption and satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
The role will support the Success Business Office team to deliver high-impact programs across our broad customer base.
You are responsible for delivering data-driven insights, blending product telemetry with customer behavioral data, ensuring programs are built and measured around data-backed hypotheses. The north star is to ensure all programs are geared towards driving measurable adoption improvements.
