About the Role
The Styling & Production Intern is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the Dolls Kill production machine from the ground up. Be exposed to the production process from A to Z. Your primary duties will be to prepare and organize clothes for all our photo shoots. This is a fantastic opportunity for people with the right attitude to get your foot in the door of one the of internets fastest growing retailers!

This is an onsite position in our Los Angeles, CA office (Highland Park)

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and prep of all Products: clothes, shoes, accessories
  • Notate their arrival on relevant WIPs/trended sheets
  • Contact buyers if there's any issues with sample arrivals (incorrect/damaged TOPs, missing styles, etc)
  • Steaming clothing
  • Product operations and tracking
  • Set Styling
  • Lifting and moving products on racks, bins, bags, and boxes
  • Create and upkeep monthly trended sheets, tracking arrivals, dropped styles, late adds, what needs to be shot, etc.
  • Organize and upkeep sample closet, putting away apparel, shoes, accessories, and reorders in relevant sections.
  • Notate any errors on shoot catalogs via Slack (missing photos, missing SKUs, styles with wrong SKUs, styles shot wrong, etc)
