We are looking for a motivated and experienced Studio Administrator to join our Burbank, CA studio’s growing team! You’ll be part of a collaborative, inclusive group who thrives on problem-solving as a team. About the Role:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Studio VPs and SVP, managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally, including processing corresponding expense reports.
- Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and business development efforts.
- Support Facilities in their day-to-day work and operations and manage visitor relations for the studio.
- Manage and update databases, trackers, and documentation to support studio needs.
- Lead office event planning (team events, parties, offsites, support with external meetings).
- Collaborate with corporate staff and production teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential materials with discretion.
- Provide additional support on studio initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.
About You:
- 5+ years of assistant and/or coordinator experience (preferably within the entertainment industry).
- Experience managing operations-related projects.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and people skills.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and related productivity tools.
