What We’re Looking For

Conscious Talent is looking for world-class strategy and transformation leaders (Chief Strategy Officers, Heads of Transformation, VP of Strategic Initiatives, Directors of Organizational Effectiveness) who are committed to their inner work journey and mastery of their craft.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of guiding companies through complex strategic shifts, designing org-wide transformation efforts, and aligning vision with execution. If you’re someone who sees strategic work as both an analytical and human endeavor and wants to operate in a context that honors both depth and clarity we’d love to hear from you.

What You Might Do (depending on the opportunity)
  • Lead strategic planning, transformation road mapping, and change management efforts

  • Partner with CEOs and executive teams to define and execute on long-term organizational vision

  • Align structures, processes, and culture to support intentional growth and evolution

  • Facilitate cross-functional initiatives that require systems-level thinking and collaboration

  • Build scalable frameworks for organizational learning, adaptability, and innovation

  • Integrate inner work values such as reflection, systems awareness, and clarity of purpose into transformation efforts

  • Contribute to a leadership culture that prizes authenticity, self-awareness, and trust

Who You Are
  • 8+ years in strategic leadership roles (e.g., CSO, Head of Transformation, Strategy Lead, Organizational Effectiveness Director)

  • Experience leading transformation initiatives in high-growth or complex organizational environments

  • Skilled at systems thinking, change enablement, and strategic storytelling

  • Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building organizations that are aligned inside and out

  • Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others

  • Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development

Bonus Points
  • Prior experience in conscious organizations or purpose-driven companies

  • Background in consulting, organizational design, or large-scale change leadership

  • Familiarity with frameworks like Theory U, Adaptive Leadership, or Regenerative Design
