Job Overview

We’re seeking a strategic, analytical thinker to join us as a Strategy & Operations Associate. This role is ideal for someone who excels at turning performance data into actionable strategies and who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Media Buying, Analytics, and Sales to execute marketing strategies. Your work will ensure campaigns consistently deliver measurable business impact through structured reporting, rigorous testing frameworks, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key client success rhythms, supporting the client’s C-suite team in reaching their business goals:
    • Annual Strategy Reviews: Evaluate annual performance, derive key insights, and inform strategic planning for the following year
    • Quarterly Executive Briefings & Alignments: Collaborate with Sales and Client Success leadership to create strategic narratives aligning campaigns with client objectives
    • Monthly Business Reviews: Analyze campaign performance, surface actionable insights, and recommend strategic adjustments
    • Weekly Syncs: Ensure timely delivery of creative and media plans, proactively resolve issues, and report on business impact
  • Lead internal rhythm to identify priority growth opportunities and manage implementation with cross-functional teams


  • Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and testing strategies, aligning with client expectations and internal benchmarks and escalate risks
  • Translate performance data (ROAS, CAC, AOV, CLV) into clear insights and strategic recommendations
  • Develop and deliver actionable client-facing reports, dashboards, and alignment documents to support transformation and enabling projects

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy consulting, digital marketing, media strategy, or performance-focused roles
  • Proven experience creating professional, client-facing decks and strategic presentations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to craft compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage cross-functional projects
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving environment with shifting priorities
  • Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat) and key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, AOV, CLV) is a plus
  • Experience with reporting tools, CRM systems, or business intelligence software beneficial

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $50,000 – $60,000 USD per year (approximately R$250,000 – R$300,000 BRL), based on experience
