Responsibilities:  

  • Cultivate strong relationships with high-value clients and partners, proactively building pipelines and enabling just-in-time product development based on customer needs. 
  • Lead and execute a wide variety of key strategic projects, partnerships, or initiatives that will define the future of Voyager. 
  • Drive Strategic Planning: Own end-to-end implementation of key initiatives, from defining the "so what" to executing the final workflow. This includes leading annual and long-range planning processes. 
  • Solve Messy Problems: "Pinch hit" where necessary to fill critical gaps, whether it’s fire-fighting operational issues in production, designing new supply chain processes, or scoping business systems requirements. 
  • Execute Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead interdisciplinary teams across Engineering, Production, Finance, and Growth to align on mission-critical roadmaps and resolve roadblocks. 
  • Leverage Data for Decision Support: Use first principles thinking to conduct scrappy analyses on short timelines and build scalable dashboards  that influence executive-level decisions. 
  • Operationalize Mission Needs: Translate complex customer requirements into actionable Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) and internal performance management systems. 

Required Qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business and 5+ years related experience in a highly dynamic environment, technology, defense, or aerospace industry a plus

The salary range represents the base salary range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors. Those include but are not limited to location, experience, and performance.
