Strategy Insights and Planning Manager - Beyond Healthcare
We are currently seeking applicants to join our West Coast offices in San Francisco. The person in this role will work in our Beyond Healthcare practice and bring experience go to market solutions to lead project teams and develop ongoing relationships with client teams.
ZS project teams are usually composed of three to five people drawn from different levels of the firm. Working with small teams on major consulting assignments encourages a close working relationship with ZS Consultants, Managers, Principals and clients. The exposure to clients encourages an understanding of the critical questions facing sales and marketing executives.
What you'll do:
• Manage projects and client relationships• Drive business and strategy development• Direct multiple projects simultaneously, honing analytic and project management skills• Motivate, coach and serve as a role model for project team members• Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and across practice areas• Develop new business with existing and new clients• Develop and implement specific frameworks for strategy and programs• Contribute to ZS's capability building and knowledge creation• Coach, mentor, and conduct training programs in issues• Play an active role in developing and growing the practice
What you'll bring: • MBA from a top university strongly preferred, with a record of strong academic performance• Approximately 6-8+ years of prior management consulting experience• Record of successful and continued business development• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to influence others• Analytic problem solving skills, with an ability both to see the big picture and delve into details• Excellent organization & planning skills• Prefer B2B marketing and sales experience

Hybrid working model:

Travel:
