The Opportunity
As a Strategy& Deals Strategy Value Creation Consulting Intern, you will engage with clients to support strategic initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, helping to maximize value and drive successful outcomes. Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a team that guides clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the full transaction lifecycle, including deal strategy, diligence, execution, and post-deal value creation.
As an Intern, you will support teams by participating in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments. In this role at PwC, you will have the chance to work on a variety of assignments, each presenting different challenges and scope. Responsibilities
- Supporting teams in the development and execution of strategic initiatives for mergers and acquisitions
- Participating in the analysis and evaluation of business plans to determine feasibility and potential for success
- Assisting in the preparation of comprehensive acquisition strategy plans to manage program risks and meet objectives
- Conducting research and gathering information to support deal strategy and value creation efforts
- Engaging in the assessment of financial statements and trends to provide insights for decision-making
- Contributing to the identification and analysis of competitive advantages and market trends
- Collaborating with team members to outline deal structures and terms for business transactions
- Observing and learning from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year

- Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
- Preferred major GPA: 3.3
- Leveraging AI to create efficiencies, innovate ways of working and deliver distinctive outcomes
- Supporting teams in mergers and acquisitions strategy development
- Participating in strategic initiatives for maximizing deal value
- Observing and learning from comprehensive deal lifecycle processes
- Developing skills in financial modeling and analysis for strategic planning
The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
