About Our Internship Program:

Our Summer 2026  internship cycle takes place between June 1, 2026 – August  21, 2026.

This is a paid, remote educational internship. Our internship program runs for 12 weeks and provides our interns a hands-on learning experience unparalleled in the classroom. As an intern, you will report directly to a supervisor, explore your career field of interest, gain in-house agency experience, acquire new skills for resume building, and establish vital career networks and mentors. 

Summary of Position:

NVE Strategy & Communications is an internal team of interdisciplinary marketing strategists. Structured to develop breakthrough ideas and experiential extensions that deliver business solutions for our partners. Every team member brings a unique discipline and career of expertise to the table — built from diverse creative and cultural angles to develop solutions for our brand partners.

This role will directly support and report to NVE’s Director, Strategy, periodically working with other members within Strategy & Communications as needed. The Strategy & Communications Intern will gain experience across our department capabilities:

Strategy:

  • Measurement, Data and Analytics

Communications:

  • Social Media Strategy & Amplification
  • Experiential Publicity & Earned Media

Job Responsibilities:

Strategy:

  • Research brand, consumer, and market trends to help create tailored insights and competitive analysis reports for clients and Strategy and Communications
  • Participate in multi-department brainstorms and creative ideation for leading brands
  • Assist in internal and external strategic support  for core accounts in industries including consumer brands, entertainment, spirits, lifestyle, and business-to-business programs  
  • Participate in partnership planning and strategy for active partnership projects
  • Support Comms (PR and Partnerships) team efforts across social and brand marketing including research, marketing program execution, coverage tracking, updating media lists, etc. 

Administrative:

  • Attend weekly meetings with Strategy & Communications Department
  • Assist with meeting/conference preparation, organizing meeting materials, etc.
  • Take comprehensive notes during all meetings – internal and external
  • Circulate post-meeting recap emails after all meetings – internal and external
  • Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Ideal majors: Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
  • Can write effectively, persuasively and professionally
  • Has knowledge and/or experience working in strategy at a creative agency
  • Process-oriented and highly organized with exceptional time management skills
  • Value collaboration yet have the confidence to recommend and own new ideas
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment with the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Understand and are fascinated by culture, subcultures, and the forces that move them
  • Have an interest in marketing, advertising, PR, and consumer experiences

Location: We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles, New York, and London. The ideal candidate is located in New York or Los Angeles, however, we will consider remote candidates for this role.

Hourly Estimation: 

This is an non-exempt role. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. The estimated hourly range for this role is between $17.00 - $22.00/hr. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.

NVE reserves the right to change or modify the employee’s job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship. NVE may require an employee to perform duties outside his/her normal description.
Employment eligibility verification is required for this role. In certain states, NVE participates in the E-Verify program in accordance with local regulations.
Applicable states: Utah, Arizona, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.
