Job Summary / Purpose

Lead the daily analytical operations within the strategy analysis team. The Team Lead ensures accurate data collection, report preparation, and process compliance while assisting management in continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

·        Coordinate daily data gathering and report updates.

·        Validate the accuracy of performance metrics and dashboards.

·        Support operational teams in identifying process gaps and improvements.

·        Train junior staff in report generation and data validation.

·        Maintain KPI documentation and standard reporting templates.

·        Liaise with IT to troubleshoot data issues and improve systems.

 

Qualifications / Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics or analytics.

·        2–4 years of experience in data reporting or operational analysis.

·        Good command of Excel and basic data visualization tools.

·        Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

·        Ability to multitask and manage reporting deadlines.

·        Data accuracy and consistency rate.

·        Report submission timeliness.

·        Quality of operational support to management.

·        Reduction of data-related issues and errors.
