Auxo AI is seeking a Strategy & AI Consulting professional to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals who excel at bridging strategy, execution, and client engagement. You will support and lead components of client-facing projects across data, digital, and AI domains, contributing to impactful delivery while helping to build trusted advisory relationships.
This position requires a strong foundation in consulting skills—problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration—along with the ability to work across cross-functional teams to drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a mix of analytical rigor, technical fluency, and business acumen, with experience supporting digital or AI-enabled solutions in real-world settings.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to trusted advisor interactions
Support and/or lead workstreams within consulting engagements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Contribute to identifying opportunities to expand client engagements through additional analyses or solution development
Facilitate or support workshops, working sessions, and structured problem-solving discussions
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to align priorities and drive progress
Contribute to team effectiveness by promoting structured thinking, clear communication, and collaborative ways of working
Translate analytical or technical outputs into clear, actionable business insights
Develop high-quality deliverables, including presentations, models, and reports
Support the development of digital, data, or AI-driven solutions, particularly in commercial, CRM, or sales enablement contexts
Contribute to delivering measurable business impact across engagements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
~4–7 years of experience in consulting, business analyst, analytics, project delivery, or strategy execution
Exposure to AI/ML concepts or applied AI solutions (formal education or hands-on experience)
Experience supporting projects in data, digital, or AI domains
Strong consulting toolkit: structured problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technical skills, including:
Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or similar tools
Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, or digital solution development s
Preferred
Advanced degree (MBA or related field)
Experience in consulting, or in business-facing analytics roles within large organizations
Exposure to CRM systems, sales enablement tools, or commercial analytics environments
Familiarity with Agile delivery, digital transformation, or AI-driven initiatives
Demonstrated ability to contribute to scalable solutions or reusable assets
Business insight generation through reporting and analysis
Exposure to experimentation (e.g., A/B testing), forecasting, or performance analysis
Experience with common collaboration tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, JIRA, Confluence)
Military experience or veteran background, with demonstrated leadership and operational discipline
