Job Summary: 

Iron Mountain is looking for a Strategy Advisor to join our elite Strategic Deals team. As a Strategy Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of our most critical, complex, and high-value deals. You'll work with a dynamic team of deal-makers and strategists to design and close custom solutions for our most important clients.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, building long-lasting relationships and ensuring our solutions align perfectly with our clients' strategic goals. This isn't about simply selling products—it's about helping customers solve complex business problems, mitigate risk, and achieve a more digital way of working. You'll collaborate with a wide range of teams, from account managers and engineers to professional services and digital operations, to ensure every deal is a success.

Your role in our mission: 

  • Lead the strategy, project management, and execution for key strategic accounts and initiatives.

  • Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop actionable solutions and recommendations.

  • Run strategic workshops with customers to identify pain points and co-create innovative solutions.

  • Use your exceptional storytelling skills to present complex findings to executive audiences.

  • Collaborate with and influence leaders across the organisation, becoming a trusted thought partner on critical decisions.

Valued skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in deals, management consulting, or strategy and operation teams.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn research into concrete solutions.

  • Experience leading both the strategy and implementation of initiatives.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences.

  • A curious, strategic, and detail-oriented mindset.

Desirable experience:

  • Expertise with Google Workspace (Slides and Sheets).

  • Experience with automation-focused technologies like Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
