The Opportunity
AntiSocial is looking for an Intermediate Strategist to join our Los Angeles team and work on a globally recognized fantasy gaming brand. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply fluent in gaming culture, understands fandom driven communities, and knows how to bring social first thinking into larger go to market moments.
You will play a key role in shaping social and integrated strategies that launch new products, content, and campaigns for one of the most passionate gaming communities in the world.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop social first and integrated strategies for a major gaming and entertainment client
- Support go to market planning for new releases, launches, and ongoing content programs
- Translate audience, cultural, and platform insights into clear strategic direction for creative teams
- Help shape messaging frameworks, content pillars, and channel strategies across social platforms
- Collaborate closely with creative, account, and production teams from brief through execution
- Build clear, compelling strategy decks and client ready presentations
- Stay deeply connected to gaming culture, fandom behavior, and platform trends
- Support ongoing optimization, learnings, and strategic refinements across campaigns
What You’ll Bring
- 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy, social strategy, or brand strategy
- Strong experience developing strategies across social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and community driven channels
- A genuine passion for gaming culture, fantasy worlds, tabletop or digital games, and fandom communities
- Experience contributing to integrated campaigns that extend beyond social into broader brand ecosystems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate strategic thinking
- Comfortable working cross functionally with creatives, producers, and account teams
- Organized, curious, and proactive with a strong strategic point of view
Nice to Have
- Experience working on gaming, entertainment, or fandom driven brands
- Familiarity with launch based marketing and go to market strategy
- Experience with creator strategy, community engagement, or live content ecosystems
