USA Job Family Description: Researches, develops and implements competitive pricing programs and/or banking products and services for various lines of business to appropriately price based on risk, deposit, or credit goals while maintaining profitability. Continuously monitors the market and competitor strategies to ensure pricing is in line to provide consumers and/or clients a fair price while maintaining market share and/or deposit levels. Plans, directs and facilitates all phases of the pricing strategy changes from inception through introduction into the marketplace. Ensures products meet regulatory and industry standards.

USA Job Function Description: Oversees all activities and functions associated with products or product lines at all stages of their lifecycles. Gathers user requirements to provide product strategy and prepares product trainings for salespeople. Interfaces with and collaborates across functions and stakeholders (e.g., marketing and sales) to ensure successful product development and implementation. Develops pricing and distribution strategies. Plans product direction and evolution.

Essential Functions/Responsibilty Statements:
Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) in terms of industry focus, market trends, etc.
Creates compelling demos for internal and external use.
Create a roadmap that drives growth and profitability based on client needs.
Focus on existing product /enhancements. Build critical partnerships with key business lines (Sales, Client Services, IT, Risk, RMs).
Support Sales on key relationships as well as new opportunities
Responsible for all components of client readiness, and colleague readiness (pre-launch activities which require participation from multiple stakeholders – Sales, Implementation, Client Services, Business Services, Marketing, etc.)
Builds a product roadmap aligning solutions to services with SLAs, OLAs, costs and budget models.

Skills and Abilities:
Solid understanding the impact of regulatory changes to the products
Strong background in Home Equity and/or Mortgage products and services
Demonstrated understanding of product development life cycle
Strong analytical skills/financial acumen
Demonstrates the ability to create strategic plans and lay out a strategic course of action to drive future business growth for a specific product
Self-starter: forward thinking, with a positive/can-do attitude
Demonstrates the ability to translate customer needs into marketable product features
Ability to communicate effectively to internal teams, key partners and executive management
Demonstrates the ability to translate client needs into marketable product features

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occassional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$90,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$160,000.00 USD
