Core Responsibilities
People Leadership, Coaching & Talent Development
  • Lead Senior Specialists: Attract, hire, develop, and retain a team of senior/principal (P50/P60) Solution Sales Executives covering Strategic Accounts.
  • Deal Coaching & Mentorship: Actively coach sellers on enterprise deal strategy, multi-threading with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO, VP of IT Ops/Service Delivery), and navigating complex procurement and security hurdles.
  • Methodology Rigor: Champion sales execution frameworks (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Value-Led Selling) and instill disciplined qualification criteria throughout the sales cycle.
  • Team Health & Culture: Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-ownership culture aligned with Atlassian values and high-performance standards.

In The United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $214,690 - $280,289
Zone B: $193,500 - $252,625
Zone C: $178,200 - $232,650
