About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Partnerships Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our Strategic Partnerships function by executing inside sales initiatives and managing ongoing partner relationships. Working closely with the Manager of Strategic Partnerships, this position will help drive revenue growth, improve partner engagement, and ensure seamless collaboration between internal stakeholders and our external partners.
What you'll do:
- Including, but not limited to:
- Conduct outreach to prospective and existing strategic partners to support revenue-generating initiatives.
- Drive Inside Sales support through Avive’s Partner Portal to support and follow-up on open orders, helping to close them on a daily basis.
- Execute follow-up activities, including sales support, presentations, and partner onboarding processes.
- Track and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools; ensure accurate data entry and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate and support partner-driven campaigns, promotions, and co-branded initiatives alongside the Manager of Strategic Partnerships
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for existing strategic partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor partner satisfaction and engagement metrics; proactively suggest improvements or solutions to enhance value delivery.
- Help develop and maintain strategic account plans for each partner in coordination with the Strategic Partnerships Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to support partnership execution and deliverables.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, sales activities, and key metrics for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in developing presentations, proposals, and sales collateral tailored to specific partnership needs.

Who you are:
- 3+ years of sales or partnership support experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and partners in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a results-driven attitude.
- Entrepreneurial heart, willing to get your hands dirty and contribute to growth of the Strategic Partnerships Team
