Endear is a series A company backed by top-tier investors who align with our vision of building a scalable solution that will exist for the long haul. Since inception, the founders have brought the company to profitability on numerous occasions, and believe in making measured, high-conviction decisions at every milestone to ensure both growth and long-term success for the company.

About the Role

We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive new revenue streams and own our integration ecosystem. This is a high-impact role where you'll be the architect of our partner strategy, and build relationships that fuel growth while supporting our technical integration efforts on the commercial side. You'll have significant autonomy to identify, negotiate, and close partnership deals that create value for all parties involved.

What You'll Do

Drive Revenue Through Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that open revenue channels for the business
  • Build and manage a partnerships pipeline from initial sourcing through deal closure
  • Structure creative partnership deals that position Endear as an ideal partner while ensuring mutual value creation
  • Own and exceed partnership revenue targets

Manage Integration Partner Relationships

  • Serve as the single point of ownership for all integration and agency partnerships
  • Collaborate with engineering on the integrations roadmap, prioritizing projects based on business impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with key integration partners ("have a friend" everywhere we need one)
  • Partner with internal teams to identify gaps and drive the development of necessary integrations
  • Evaluate technical feasibility and complexity of potential integrations compared to business opportunity

Execute with Independence

  • Operate as a "team of one" - take initiative without waiting for direction
  • Deliver results with limited resources while maintaining high standards
  • Make informed decisions about partnership priorities and resource allocation

RequirementsWhat You Bring

Partnership & Sales Experience

  • Proven track record of owning and exceeding quotas in a partnerships or sales role
  • Experience managing the full partnerships lifecycle from sourcing to close
  • Strong deal-making skills with ability to structure win-win partnerships
  • Experimental mindset with willingness to try new strategies and approaches
  • Experience succeeding as a “Team of One” or similarly high-autonomy, low oversight role

Technical & Integration Knowledge

  • Understanding of API integrations, CSV uploads, and data compliance basics
  • Ability to assess technical complexity and feasibility of integration projects
  • You don't need to code, but you need to get excited by tech

Cultural Fit & Mindset

  • Genuine enthusiasm for Endear's mission and the problems we solve
  • Proven track record of thoughtful career decisions and long-term commitment
  • Thrives in startup environments and excited about building from zero to one
  • Strong bias toward action and experimentation

BenefitsWhat We Offer
  • Opportunity to build and own the partnerships function from the ground up
  • Direct impact on company revenue and growth trajectory
  • Autonomy to shape strategy and execute on your vision
  • Fast-paced startup environment with significant growth potential
  • A strong compensation and benefits package including:
    • $110-130k base salary
    • 401(k) access
    • Healthcare package including dental and vision
    • Stipend for co-working space or home office equipment
    • Flexible time off with unlimited vacation days

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
