About the Role
We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our broader Strategy team, reporting to the Chief of Staff / Head of Business Operations. You’ll play a key role in identifying and executing strategic product partnerships that support our growth roadmap and enhance the value of our Super+ membership program. You should have a deep understanding of how partnerships align with product and business objectives, can evaluate build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions, and understand product architecture, APIs, and integration flows. This is a strategic role that links topline business strategy with product development and GTM execution.
What you’ll be working on
- Shape our partnership strategy and report progress to executive leadership
- Analyze landscape and inform build-vs-partner-vs-buy decisions
- Source, structure, and manage partnerships across all verticals of the business
- Lead the full lifecycle from pipeline and outreach to commercial negotiations
- Lead technical integration discussions, GTM collaboration, and joint initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Engineering to align and execute partner launches
What we’re looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in Partnerships, CorpDev, Strategy, or BizOps
- Experience sourcing and negotiating deals from first pitch to signed contract
- Experience working with technical products
- Deep understanding of APIs, platforms, or marketplaces
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- A bias for action, ownership, and results
Bonus points for
- Experience with HubSpot, Streak, or other CRM tools
- Experience at a high growth startup / tech company
- Product experience or working in a product-driven org
- Prior experience in Fintech or a B2C business
