What Makes You a Great Fit:

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our Partnership team. You will lead the development of partnership strategies. You will work with senior leaders and key partners to increase revenue and align partnership programs with our goals, ensuring mutual benefits. Your work involves developing/nurturing important partner relationships and leading the multiple work streams of partner development, aimed at creating strategic relationships and translating them into GTM productivity. You will report to the Director of Partnerships.

This is a fully remote role based in the United States.


How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Develop strategic partnership plans to improve business growth and revenue
  • Prioritize new partnership opportunities that align with our goals
  • Develop relationships with important partners, including senior-level executives
  • Negotiate and close partnership deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
  • Company organization chart net new partner accounts building an outbound sales motion to grow contacts and leadflow
  • Identify champions within partner teams to create partner stickiness and grow pipeline
  • Participate in consultative value add process on all partner led deals
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate partnerships into overall business strategy
  • Use a sales CRM to manage the sales pipeline and record information on prospects.
  • Manage partner relationships, engaging them in value-added activities and create innovative co-sell opportunities
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 40%


Let’s Connect If You:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in partnership development, with experience securing and managing high-value partnerships as well
  • Experience partner program acquisition and negotiation.
  • In-depth understanding of the HR tech, advisory, tax, VC, and PE partners landscape.
  • Experience in HR Tech SaaS, and Enterprise Accounts
  • Experience in business development strategy
