As a Strategic Partnership Specialist, you will deliver high-quality professional learning sessions, focusing on supporting LAUSD administrators, building principals, and educators to effectively implement IXL in their schools and classrooms. You’ll also collaborate with district leaders to develop creative strategies for leveraging IXL to support key initiatives and achieve their instructional goals. #LI-REMOTE

This is a full-time remote position for candidates living in Los Angeles, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Provide implementation support to LAUSD schools and regions. 
  • Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL
  • Travel locally to deliver impactful professional development sessions and provide implementation support to LAUSD schools and regions – up to 60% possible travel
  • Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful IXL implementation 
  • Use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales team members to effectively manage and grow customer relationships
  • Support the R&D Partnerships for Math Equity grant funded through Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • BA/BS degree
  • 7+ years of educational professional development experience
  • MUST either have experience as a school or district administrator OR have had extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences
  • Experience teaching in a K-12 setting (preferred experience in LAUSD)
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Familiarity with web-based technologies to support instruction
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude
  • Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology
  • Strategic thinker and problem-solver
  • Must live close to a major airport

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 to $130,000+ bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
