SUMMARY 

We’re seeking a highly collaborative and Strategic Partner Manager to lead and grow our Public Sector engagements with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and collaborate with our Public Sector Partner Eco-System. This individual will drive scalable, joint go-to-market motions across the Public Sector landscape by aligning with CSPs, Federal and SLED (State, Local, and Education) partners, and internal sales and marketing teams. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Partner Planning & GTM Strategy 

  • Evangelize the Wiz value proposition and "Better Together" story to assigned CSP and Public Sector partners.
  • Build joint strategic partnership plans, including practice development, co-selling motions, and industry-aligned GTM strategies.
  • Identify and activate programs and initiatives through CSP Public Sector partner organizations to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Develop scalable sales engagement plans aligned with the CSP’s, and help drive cloud marketplace transactions (e.g., AWS Marketplace).
  • Integrate CSP and traditional Public Sector partners into GTM efforts, supporting demand gen, thought leadership, partner enablement, and marketing campaigns.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Executive Briefings (EBCs), and joint planning sessions with partners and internal stakeholders. 

Partner Management 

  • Support partners in executing joint campaigns, co-branded activities, and partner marketing efforts with cross-functional teams (Field Marketing, Channel, Sales).
  • Drive pipeline growth through active opportunity mapping, deal registration, and co-sell execution.
  • Provide hands-on support for MDF requests, incentive usage, and partner program compliance.
  • Connect partner services capabilities with opportunity-specific needs to create impactful, cloud-focused customer solutions. 

Field & Sales Collaboration 

  • Collaborate with the Wiz CSP Global Alliances, regional partner managers, sales, etc. across the Public Sector, ensuring alignment in executive vision, technical capabilities, and marketing initiatives with CSP’s.
  • Facilitate opportunity alignment between field sellers and partner ecosystems, including sourcing, co-selling, and cloud solution selling.
  • Coordinate internal Wiz teams (Partner Marketing, Field Sales, Enablement) to execute joint partner plans. 

Performance Tracking & Enablement 

  • Maintain accurate records of partner contributions using Salesforce and CSP pipeline portals.
  • Monitor KPIs such as certifications, sourced revenue, pipeline, and solution launches.
  • Create and share customer success stories, case studies, and field-facing win reports.
  • Represent Wiz at regional and CSP-hosted events, evangelizing joint wins and future potential. 

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 

  • 7+ years of experience in GTM roles within SaaS organizations.
  • 5+ years of experience managing CSP partnerships (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on Public Sector.
  • Proven relationships and GTM success with FED/SLED partners.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud marketplaces and procurement processes in Public Sector.
  • Familiarity with partner lifecycle management, co-selling, and SaaS partner program execution.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), Tackle.io, and pipeline management tools.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Strong communicator with experience leading cross-functional partner initiatives.

Compensation 

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. 

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation. 

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. 

US Base Pay Range

$203,000$227,500 USD
