About Numeral
  • Numeral is transforming how taxes get done. Digital businesses are currently bogged down by a painful web of regulations across 47 states and 50+ countries. We’re eliminating this burden so teams can focus on their core mission.

  • We’re the largest and fastest growing AI-native tax solution. Started in 2023, Numeral has raised over $57M from Benchmark, Mayfield, Y-Combinator, and many others. We now serve over 2,500 paying customers and have more than tripled our revenue every year in our history.

  • We’re primarily hiring in our SF and NY offices, but do hire remotely in some cases

What you’ll do
  • Own the Ecosystem: Own Numeral’s ERP partnerships, including NetSuite, Sage, Rillet, Campfire as well as the broader ecosystem of SIs, VARs, and implementation partners.

  • Develop Strategy: Develop tiering, segmentation, and engagement models, serving as the primary point of contact for ERP ecosystem partners.

  • Enable Partners: Run regular enablement sessions, trainings, and office hours for partners, while building and maintaining partner playbooks, pitch decks, and sales collateral.

  • Launch Certifications: Launch certification programs to ensure Numeral is implemented correctly and confidently by our partners.

  • Drive Co-Selling: Embed Numeral into NetSuite and ERP implementation workflows and run structured deal reviews with partners.

  • Execute Deals: Support active deals and influence decisions during partner ERP implementations, driving both partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.

  • Account for Revenue: Own sourced and influenced pipeline tied directly to ERP partners, tracking partner performance, deal velocity, and attach rates.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product & Engineering to prioritize ERP-driven requirements and provide feedback loops from partners to improve integrations.

  • Partner with Marketing: Collaborate with Marketing on ERP-specific co-marketing, events, and ABM campaigns.

What you'll bring
  • 5+ years in ERP partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem roles

  • Direct experience working with NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft, or similar platforms

  • Understanding of finance, accounting, or compliance workflows

  • Proven ability to drive revenue through partners, not just manage relationships

  • Energized by in-person connection: You love hitting the road to build relationships face-to-face, from walking the floor at conferences to hosting partners for dinner

  • Startup mindset: Not scared of ambiguity and hungry for rapid growth

  • Intensity & Ownership: This is not a 9-5 — we’re scaling rapidly and have a massive opportunity ahead of us.

  • Customer Obsession: You deeply care about the user experience and solving their problems

Even better
  • Sales tax experience or background in tax compliance

  • Experience building a partner program from the ground up

What we offer
  • Competitive salary and equity - you'll share directly in the company's success

  • Full medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Wellness perks like Headspace and the Peloton One App

  • 401(k) to help you build long-term financial security

  • Lunch and snacks when you're in the office

  • Regular team offsites and company events as we grow

  • A culture built on ownership - your work matters and people will see it!

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
