What You'll Do
- Shape the PLG Strategy: Define and drive Dynatrace's PLG strategy, ensuring seamless integration with our broader go-to-market (GTM) approach.
- Optimize the Product Journey: Partner with Product to instrument and refine the product funnel, driving outcomes from signups to activation, adoption, and monetization.
- Own Growth Metrics: Take accountability for key growth KPIs, including trial and Playground signups, activation rates, free-to-paid conversions, expansion, and lead volume.
- Lead Experimentation: Develop and manage a robust experimentation roadmap, testing and optimizing areas like signup conversion, lifecycle marketing programs, and user engagement.
- Communicate Impact: Build dashboards and deliver compelling insights to executives, showcasing PLG performance, learnings, and opportunities for growth.
- Inspire and Mentor: Lead and mentor Growth Marketing Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results.
