    Job Description

    Job Summary:
    Lead the growth and expansion of high-value OEM accounts within a contract manufacturing company specializing in sheet metal fabrication and welding. Focus on building long-term partnerships, securing major production programs, and increasing revenue.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Acquire and grow strategic OEM customers
    • Develop long-term manufacturing agreements
    • Build relationships with senior customer executives
    • Lead pricing and contract negotiations
    • Expand business across multiple programs and product lines
    • Coordinate customer requirements with engineering and manufacturing
    • Identify opportunities for market and business expansion

    Ideal Candidate:

    • 12–20+ years of contract manufacturing sales or strategic account experience
    • Direct sheet metal fabrication and welding experience required
    • Machining experience is a strong plus
    • Proven success securing complex OEM production programs
    • Strong understanding of fabrication, welding, materials, and manufacturing operations
    • Strong executive presence and strategic business development skills

    Important: Candidates must have direct contract manufacturing experience.
