With an extensive infrastructure of real devices across 90+ locations, the HeadSpin Platform enables manual and automated testing across a wide range of devices: from mobile and desktop to media players, audio devices, and even automotive systems.

We are looking for a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and strategic expansion within existing accounts. You’ll play a critical role in HeadSpin’s growth by identifying high-potential prospects, managing full-cycle sales engagements, and uncovering new opportunities within current customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience with a strong professional network.

Key responsibilities:

·       Drive the sales process from plan to close, including discovery, product demonstrations and technical evaluations

·       Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base (with acquisitions and expansions)

·       Establish new customer accounts; build, maintain and prioritize customer relationships

·       Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

·       Effectively deliver HeadSpin product presentations and communicate value propositions

·       Expand revenue in existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and strategic account planning.

·       Represent the voice of the customer internally and provide feedback to product, marketing, and leadership.


Requirements

·       3-5 years of SaaS sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.

·       Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.

·       Proven ability to articulate the unique value of products and services.

·       Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.

·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·       Willingness to travel as required
