Using a proprietary AI-powered approach, Antenna connects subscription activities with real consumer viewership to provide services, studios, and creators with an unmatched, market-wide view of subscriber behaviors to better understand acquisition, retention, and engagement.

We're looking for a Strategic Account Director to drive expansion revenue, deepen our footprint within our largest media and entertainment accounts, and own how we grow strategic enterprise relationships. You will partner directly with executive leadership to set account strategy, build expansion roadmaps, mobilize cross-functional resources, and close the renewals and expansions that fuel Antenna's next phase of growth. You will deepen Antenna's engagement with VP and C-suite executives at the world's largest tech and media companies, translating complex data into clear business value. You will shift from landing initial expansion to growing each enterprise account.

You will report to our VP, Client Services. Antenna is a remote-first company, and we are looking for candidates who can work during US business hours. Preferably, you should be based in a US time zone (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific).

What You’ll Do
  • Own Enterprise Relationships & Revenue: Own executive relationships (VP+) at enterprise accounts to significantly grow revenue, hit renewal/expansion targets, and ensure clients realize ROI to become trusted advocates.
  • Drive Strategic Account Planning: Build and own long-term strategic account plans, mapping out multi-quarter expansion roadmaps that balance short-term wins with a long-term product vision.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Insights: Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) as your account partners and Insights & Analytics team as your insight partners; leverage their day-to-day insights, data expertise, and user relationships to identify upsell opportunities and strategic executive intros, while hunting for new internal relationships to pass back to the CSM team.
  • Lead Renewal & Deal Execution: Own the end-to-end renewal strategy with a 90-day runway, while managing client expectations and ensuring internal alignment throughout the entire deal cycle.
  • Uncover & Execute New Opportunities: Conduct client discovery for advanced solutions and new products in development, running use-case and value-proposition deep dives to expand Antenna’s footprint.
Who You Are
  • Enterprise & Executive Sales Expert: You have a proven track record of executing high-velocity, consultative new business sales, building multi-threaded relationships with VP and C-suite executives, and delivering white-glove service.
  • Data & Product Literate: You are comfortable selling complex, multi-SKU data products and working with Product/Engineering teams. You speak the language of programming, audience measurement, and subscriber growth, translating data into the strategic questions Media & Entertainment leaders care about (launches, pricing, bundling, content slates).
  • The Ultimate Collaborative Partner: You thrive in shared-ownership environments. You excel at collaborating with internal account leads and Customer Success to drive unified outcomes and expansion, bringing a mentorship approach to team members like CSMs and Insights Analysts.
  • Trusted Client Advisor: You are the partner clients text when they hit a problem, and the person they introduce to their broader internal teams because you anticipate risk and manage escalations while protecting the relationship.
  • Commercial & Negotiation Savvy: You negotiate effectively with a sharp understanding of business finance, budgets, contract terms, and ROI to close complex deals.
Compensation

Total annual earnings range from $225,000 - $300,000 which includes a base salary and a performance-based quarterly bonus. In addition, our incoming team member is eligible for company equity. The final compensation will be determined after evaluating a candidate’s experience, skills, etc.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
