About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a STIR Supervisor to lead our dynamic coffee shop team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a passionate and service-driven professional with a deep appreciation for artisanal coffee, handcrafted beverages, and high-quality hospitality. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, inspire a team through strong leadership, and ensure every guest enjoys a warm, welcoming, and memorable visit.
What you will do

Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s Coffee Shop, STIR, to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for outlet operation.

The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.

Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of beverages in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive guest experience.

Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
What you bring

High School Education or equivalent experience
-
One to two years previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage
-
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
-
Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control and accounting
-
The ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
-
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
