The Staff Technical Product Manager – Secure End User Endpoint Experience owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of secure, user-focused endpoint solutions across the enterprise at GE HealthCare. This role provides end-to-end product ownership for Windows OS, macOS, iOS, Android OS, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and Secure Print solutions.
You will define the vision and direction for endpoint platforms that are secure, compliant, and optimized for colleague productivity. As a Staff-level leader, you will influence cross-functional teams, align security and regulatory requirements with a frictionless user experience, and drive tangible outcomes in reliability, usability, and risk reduction across a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and execute the product strategy and long-term roadmap for endpoint platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, VDI) and secure print services.
Translate enterprise objectives, security requirements, and colleague needs into a clear product vision, measurable outcomes, and prioritized initiatives.
Continuously scan the market and technology landscape to identify opportunities for modernization, simplification, and innovation in endpoint experience.
Roadmap Management & Delivery
Own and maintain the product backlog; define epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and business value.
Partner closely with engineering, systems administration, and operations teams to plan releases, manage dependencies, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Balance short-term operational needs with long-term strategic investments, ensuring the roadmap supports scalability, resilience, and cost-effectiveness.
User Experience & Employee Productivity
Champion the end-user experience for endpoint technologies by leveraging user feedback, journey mapping, and usability insights.
Define and track experience-focused KPIs (e.g., device performance, incident rates, time-to-productive, user satisfaction/NPS).
Drive initiatives that simplify device onboarding, access to applications, printing, and remote work while minimizing friction and downtime.
Security, Compliance & Risk Alignment
Ensure endpoint solutions are designed and operated to meet cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance requirements across regulated environments.
Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Risk teams to translate policies and controls into practical, user-sensitive product capabilities.
Prioritize and drive remediation for security gaps, vulnerabilities, and non-compliance issues affecting endpoint platforms.
Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with IT Operations, Security, Networking, Identity & Access Management, and business stakeholders to prioritize features, resolve issues, and enable innovation.
Facilitate alignment across global regions and business units, ensuring endpoint standards and solutions are consistent yet flexible enough for local needs.
Communicate roadmap, status, and key decisions clearly and regularly to leadership and stakeholders at multiple levels.
Data-Driven Decision Making & Continuous Improvement
Use telemetry, analytics, and qualitative feedback to understand device health, performance, adoption, and user sentiment.
Identify trends and root causes behind recurring issues and work with engineering and operations teams to drive systemic improvements.
Measure and report on product outcomes (e.g., reduction in incidents, improved patch compliance, enhanced user satisfaction) and adjust strategy accordingly.
Vendor & Platform Stewardship
Act as product owner and primary point of contact for key endpoint and secure print platform vendors and partners.
Evaluate vendor roadmaps, new features, and licensing models; make recommendations that align with enterprise goals and budget constraints.
Ensure contract and service commitments support both security and user experience objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in technology field or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience 6+ years in Product Management, Technical Program Management, or related role delivering technology products at enterprise scale.
Proven track record of defining product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and delivering capabilities in partnership with engineering and operations teams.
Experience working closely with cybersecurity, compliance, or risk organizations to balance user needs with security and regulatory requirements.
Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, financial services) with exposure to audit, compliance, and data protection requirements.
Hands-on familiarity with modern endpoint management, MDM/UEM platforms, and/or VDI technologies.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to inform product decisions and measure success.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with experience engaging senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead across a global, matrixed organization, influencing without direct authority and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders.
We expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust; lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership –always with unyielding integrity.
Our total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities. Our salary and benefits are everything you’d expect from an organization with global strength and scale, and you’ll be surrounded by career opportunities in a culture that fosters care, collaboration, and support.
