WHAT YOU’LL DO:  

Our engineering team is hiring a staff-level engineer who combines strong technical skills with a “can-do” attitude, who continuously thinks about quality and modern engineering practices.  The most qualified candidates will exhibit the following competencies and work attributes:

1. Quality-Driven Engineering

  • Thinks about testing, reliability, and quality early in the development lifecycle.
  • Advocates for automated testing, strong observability, and resilient design.
  • Helps catch issues earlier through tooling, process, and engineering discipline.

2. Automated Testing Expertise

  • Deep experience with unit, integration and end-to-end testing strategies.
  • Builds and maintains high-quality CI/CD pipeline.
  • Drives maintainable, well-tested code and modern development practices.

3. AI/ML Awareness

  • Comfortable exploring AI-assisted development, integrating AI services, or using AI for automation, data quality, or governance.
  • Can evaluate AI tools for practical impact.

4. Leadership & Mentorship

  • Guides and mentors’ engineers across levels, promoting best practices.
  • Influences architecture and technical strategy while staying pragmatic and solutions focused.

5. Personality & Work Style

  • Positive, proactive, collaborative, and solution oriented.
  • Comfortable working remotely across distributed teams.
  • Strong communicator who can partner with engineering and product leaders.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:  

Key Technical Experience

  • Strong backend and/or frontend development (C#, .NET, React, Python, or similar).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and microservices architecture.
  • Proven experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability/monitoring.
