Job Description
What you get to do in this role:

• Developing ServiceNow scoped applications using the platform's functionality.
• Integrating third-party systems with ServiceNow, including MID server, public cloud, web services (REST), and SSH actions.
• Creating and maintaining API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services.
• Developing applications and integrations using the ServiceNow platform with new and existing technologies

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Strong skills in software component architecture and system design.
• Excellent problem-solving, and debugging skills, along with an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Team player with attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Expertise in coding efficient, object-oriented, and modularized software.
• Proficiency in the use and creation of APIs.
• Experience in developing and supporting ServiceNow integration with third-party applications and data sources.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in the development, configuration, implementation, and support of production and non-production ServiceNow instances.
• Knowledge of infrastructure services including servers, storage, network, security, and cloud.
• Over 7 years of software application development experience, leveraging technologies such as REST API, RDBMS, and programming languages like JavaScript, Go, Java, or Python.

Nice to have:

• Integrating AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
• A rich knowledge of both ITIL and ITSM disciplines.
• ServiceNow Application Developer and System Administrator Certifications.

GCS-23
Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $163,300 - $286,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
