About the role:
As the Staff Product Manager for the Earnings team, you will be the strategic and executional lead for our earnings ecosystem. You’ll define and deliver the vision for how users discover, engage with, and grow their earnings over time - while ensuring that our best earners become and remain high-retention Super+ members.
You will:
- Set the multi-quarter strategy for SP4 in collaboration with senior leadership and ensure it’s tied directly to company OKRs.
- Own the outcomes for acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization across the Earnings vertical.
- You will apply the Hook → Prove → Expand framework to design experiences that build trust, deliver value, and scale earning behavior. You’ll focus on improving acquisition quality, developing fraud-resistant and high-yield supply, and ensuring that every product decision balances user value with business growth.
- Lead a mission-aligned team across product, engineering, design, data, growth, and marketing.
- Partner closely with other Super.com verticals to ensure Earnings is both a standalone growth engine and an integrated driver of Super+ adoption.
- Drive innovation in product<>market<>model<>channel fit, informed by deep customer understanding, market trends, and competitive landscape.
This is a high-visibility role that requires strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to deliver results in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
What you’ll be working on
- Own outcomes: Drive user and business impact through retention, earnings per user, and Super+ conversion.
- Shape strategy & roadmap: Lead prioritization across your MAT, balancing quick wins with long-term bets.
- Design trust-first experiences: Shorten time-to-first-payout and optimize onboarding to prove real user value quickly.
- Curate high-quality supply: Expand and segment earning opportunities by persona to maximize engagement and retention.
- Lead experimentation & data analysis: Formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, analyze raw data, and translate insights into product decisions.
- Build durable moats: Work with fraud, data science, and acquisition teams to protect earnings integrity and ensure scalable, high-quality growth.
- Cross-functional leadership: Align stakeholders across engineering, design, data, growth, and executive leadership.
- Mentor PMs & team members: As a Staff PM, set the standard for product craft, strategy, and execution.
Who we’re looking for
- 6+ years in product management, with experience in growth, consumer fintech, marketplaces, or subscription products.
- Proven ability to build 0→1 products and scale them through experimentation and iteration.
- Strong analytical and data fluency, ability to pull and analyze data independently (Amplitude/Looker).Expertise in balancing user value with business outcomes; able to identify and prune low-value features or supply.
- Track record of building trust-based consumer products that drive engagement and retention.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring other PMs.
- Comfort with ambiguity, prioritization, and making trade-offs in fast-paced environments.
Bonus points for
- Experience scaling a B2C earnings or rewards platform.
- Deep knowledge of fraud prevention, supply quality, or acquisition optimization.
- Background in subscription funnels or member-based ecosystems.
