JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world’s leading and most valued brands, including FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations, and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise, and strategic thinking.

AdRise is FOX's core ad tech platform, built to unify streaming and linear advertising across Tubi, FOX Sports, FOX News Media, and FOX Entertainment. Before AVOD became an industry standard, AdRise helped power Tubi's growth from the ground up by developing real-time ad delivery and dynamic targeting infrastructure that scaled to serve millions of viewers.

That same foundation now powers FOX’s cross-portfolio monetization strategy. We are advancing the video ad stack through server-side delivery, ML-driven targeting, and content-personalized ad experiences that respond to viewer behavior in real time. From decisioning systems to data collaboration with AWS and Snowflake, AdRise is enabling a smarter, more dynamic ad tech ecosystem.

The work is complex, highly visible, and central to the future of streaming monetization at FOX. This is an opportunity to shape platform capabilities that drive billions of impressions and influence the next generation of personalized advertising.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Staff Product Manager, Ad Technology at AdRise, you will set the long-term strategy for critical marketplace and monetization capabilities across FOX and Tubi Media Group. You will lead a highly strategic product domain that connects publisher-side capabilities with advertiser demand, shaping scalable platform solutions that maximize revenue, protect the viewer experience, and lower the marginal cost of future innovation.

This role requires a product leader who can operate above individual feature roadmaps and build durable, reusable capabilities across the AdRise ecosystem. You will assess complex opportunities across the ad tech landscape, drive cross-functional alignment, and make principled decisions that balance immediate business priorities with long-term platform health.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and scale platform capabilities that support FOX and Tubi’s strategic priorities, including identity integrations, audience solutions, data collaboration, measurement, and broader monetization initiatives

  • Establish multi-year product roadmaps informed by market opportunities, evolving identity and measurement trends, and the needs of FOX and Tubi

  • Ensure solutions are built as durable, extensible platform capabilities rather than isolated implementations for individual use cases

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Business Development to deliver solutions that are operationally sound and technically scalable

  • Evaluate and prioritize stakeholder needs across FOX and Tubi, making clear tradeoffs that preserve platform cohesion while supporting business growth

  • Set product standards and decision frameworks for marketplace capabilities to improve consistency, speed, and quality across the organization

  • Monitor adoption, performance, and business impact, using data and feedback to refine strategy and execution over time

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including substantial ownership of complex, platform-oriented products

  • Deep ad tech experience, with particular expertise in publisher-side solutions for digital and Connected TV advertising

  • Broad understanding of the ad delivery chain, including ad serving, streaming, programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, and publisher-side monetization

  • Strong systems thinking and architectural fluency, with the ability to partner closely with Engineering on scalable platform design and data models

  • Deep knowledge of key ad tech domains, including identity resolution, data collaboration, advertising measurement, and monetization strategy

  • Experience operating at both strategic and execution levels, with sound judgment in balancing near-term opportunities and long-term platform health

  • Proven success in defining and delivering complex software products in fast-paced, data-driven environments with multiple stakeholder groups

  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort using data to inform product strategy, prioritization, and performance evaluation

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align large, matrixed organizations around complex product decisions

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
