About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner closely with our Product and Business teams to deliver insightful data analyses, actionable business forecasts, and strategic support for partnership initiatives. Your analytical expertise will be crucial in shaping decision-making, optimizing product performance, and guiding business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze quantitative data to understand user behavior and make recommendations on business & product decisions.

  • Collaborate with Product, Business, Engineering, and Data teams to understand data requirements, identify opportunities, and translate business questions into analytical frameworks.

  • Perform in-depth analysis using BI tools and statistical methods to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance, customer trends, and product metrics.

  • Conduct business forecasting and predictive analyses to inform strategic planning and resource allocation.

  • Participate in partnership discussions, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to support negotiations and relationship management.

  • Continually refine analytical methods and reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.

  • Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker), SQL, and Excel.

  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake).

  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, including experience with forecasting

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business, and external partners.

  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
     

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.

  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry is strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
