About the Role

We are looking for an engineer’s engineer! Someone with deep technical judgment, strong fundamentals, and the ability to solve hard problems without hand-holding. This is not a ticket-taking role. You will work on core systems that directly impact our customers, our product, and the future of the company. This is a highly hands-on role for engineers who want to work on real problems, move fast, and take ownership of meaningful systems from end to end. We value people who can think deeply, execute quickly, and care about building high-quality software.

What You’ll Own

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications used by our customers every day translate requirements into clean, scalable solutions

• Own features end-to-end, from technical design to production deployment

• Write high-quality, maintainable, well-tested code

• Improve performance, reliability, and usability across the stack

• Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape our technical direction

• Debug complex issues in production and implement long-term fixes

• Continuously raise the engineering bar through code reviews and technical discussions

What We’re Looking For

• Expertise working across the stack (frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure)

• Strong experience with React, JavaScript / TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling

• Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Ability to take ownership of projects with minimal oversight

• Strong code quality standards and attention to detail

Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and benefits.
