What You’ll Own:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for key areas of our platform, from discovery and strategy through execution, launch, and iteration.

  • Own products that are mission-critical to our customers and the success of our business, ensuring they deliver meaningful value and measurable outcomes.

  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions to complex customer problems.

  • Translate customer needs, market insights, and company strategy into clear product roadmaps and well-defined requirements.

  • Drive rapid experimentation and iteration while maintaining a high bar for product quality, usability, and reliability.

  • Champion a culture of customer-first thinking, using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decision-making.

  • Ensure successful launches and ongoing product performance through metrics, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.

  • Act as the connective tissue between teams, aligning stakeholders around product goals, priorities, and outcomes.

Who You Are:

  • A Senior Technical Product Manager to be a core partner to Design and Engineering as we create the next generation of Pirros.

  • Experience in:

    • B2B SaaS with complex workflows (e.g., vertical SaaS, data-heavy tools, internal platforms).

    • AEC, BIM, construction tech, industrial, or other deeply operational domains.

    • Delivering complex, high-impact products from concept through launch and iteration.

    • Working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical tradeoffs

    • Experience working in early-stage or scaling startups, with an understanding of balancing short-term needs with long-term product strategy.

  • Exceptional problem-solver with the ability to break down complex problems into clear, incremental solutions.

  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where speed, adaptability, and ownership are critical.

  • Deep empathy for users and a passion for building products that deliver outstanding user experiences.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate product vision, priorities, and tradeoffs across teams.

  • Strong documentation and organizational skills, ensuring teams have clarity around goals, requirements, and outcomes.

We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation and the specific salary range for this role ($120-180k) will be further discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and benefits.
